Served
on Tribal Council for more than 40 years. He has
been a witness to the devastating episodes in the
Columbia River story of the past 70 years, and is
a voice for fish, the river, and Native traditions.
Wallulatum was the driving force in the creation
of the Warm Springs Museum. A compelling presence
and voice, he is often called upon to offer ceremonial
prayers at inter-tribal events.
